is it more the women or the men of your household?

Hi there, Been married 18 almost 19 years and its shared here.
I was brought up with the old attitude of outside was men's inside is the women's.
I hated mowing lawns but enjoyed folding the washing.
My wife likes to mow our lawns as its part of her fitness regime. We both maintain the gardens.
I am often seen doing the laundry and ironing the clothes. I still cook and both my wife and I have turns at baking.
My wife is a lot more fussier than I so I suppose she would do more than me but I still do my fair share.
Our 3 kids help out as well.

When I stayed at home with our daughter I did all the cooking and cleaning. Of course my husband did help when he could. But now that I'm back to work it's a 50/50 thing. We just try to be fair with each other and help each other.

Well im a housewife and i do pretty much all the housework. Growing up my parents worked long hours so me and my brother would clean up the house and we did our own laundry. I have 3 daughters. My eldest daughter 6 yrs., likes to help me and its great having her help. I also have a 2 yr. old who picks up after herself too. My husband just goes to work. Once in a blue moon he helps. But growing up it was shared between me and my brother and my parents.

I live alone so I do it all. From experience though, I know that a lot of men think their done when they leave work at the end of the day.

I do because I live by myself. If I was married, I would probably still do most of it though, except maybe the laundry, that is the one thing I really really hate. =)

pretty even if you split it in and out my husband cleans animal cages and balcony, cars, carries groceries, irons his own clothes, bathes animals, bathes baby, and takes out the trash and a few other things i think ive got a pretty good husband

I do everything inside and we live in an appartment building, so we are not responsible for anything outside.

Me inside and outside my partner works alot and can be lazy but i enjoy doing it. it keeps me fit.
