Where can I get them online? Or how do you make them? I'm talking about real live roses where one rose has the colors of the rainbow on it!

My furnace is about 7 years old. I replaced the temp control board about 3-4 years ago. A couple of weeks a go, it would not come on. I found the wire to the ignitor had a bad connection. But, this problem existed before that, and is still happening. The furnac comes on and warms up normally. It then starts blowing and runs for about 5 minutes. It then shuts off for about 3-4 minutes then comes back on and finishes it's cycle. When it turns off, it has not reached the set temp.. but after coming on the second time, it reaches the set temp and turns off. What's up?

I live in the south west of England and I have a bird in my garden that I have never noticed before.
He looks a lot like a male sparrow, but his breast is very pale yelllow. He was feeding on insects, taking them from the sides of the building, under the window sill and he even ventured underneath my garden shed. He also went onto the bird table and ate from a dish of seeds. What was he?

i bought my house 5 years ago knowing it had a new roof put on 2 years before I was fortunate enough that the guy who owned the house before be left 10 years worth of paper work that was done to the house and when the roof was done it had a 10 yr warrenty on workmanship? where they repaired a leak above my kitchen and 20 years on the roofing materials. well 3 years ago the roof started leaking in the same spot again so this was 4 years after the original job was done to stop the leak. So with warrenty in hand i called the roofing company and at that time the lady told me she didnt know if it was covered becasue we were new owners and she would call me back with a responce never heard back from her now its been 3 years and 20 phone calls later and ive gone nowhere wit this place what do i do about them??? since im a new owner can i sue to have it fixed since i bought the house assuming it had a good roof or do i pay someone to come and fix it and chalk it up as a loss???

We've had an offer for the asking price accepted. Our survey has determined that the roof needs replacing (not the timbers thankfully) as it's at the end of it's life. (Victorian mid terrace) A quote has come back for about £3,500 for the job to include a replacement flat roof that also need replacing on an old extension at the back. Guttering also needed replacing, and this is also included.

So... should the seller reduce the value of the house by the amount of the estimate, or am I as the buyer obliged to put money towards this? My gut feeling is that I should organise to get the work done, and be responsible for the quality of the builder's work, but that I shouldn't have to pay anything more for the house than what the survey says that's it's worth.

The actual survey said the house was was worth £5,000 less than its asking price, whereas the building estimate was £3,500.. although the original survey suggested that the timber work in the roof might need replacing.

Any ideas?

lamps that you can set on your windowsill during the day to charge them and then use in your home in the evening? I know they make garden lights, but it seems this same technology would work for interior lamps as well.

I'd like to create a white themed garden that looks pretty at night and will blend in my back yard corner area. I know that the moonflower is a good choice for a running vine. Are there any white flowering evergreen shrubs or other choices I can choose from also? I think that white is elegant and relaxful for a garden setting.

I have a beautiful Rose Of Sharon next to my house. I tied the small trunks together to make a topiary out of it when it was given to me by my neighboor years ago. It's grown at least 8 feet now and is beautiful when in bloom. I have started a seedling to see if I'd have any luck growing them and its about 4 inches high now with 2 leaves. I'd like to start more and am needing some advice on how to care for them and how fast will they grow per year, etc. I'd like to grow them and plant them in my back yard; also would like to form more topiaries out of them and grow them to sell in our town garden sale each spring in the near future, or plant them around my home town. Thanks......

I'm one of those that are very picky about how my laundry is done, folded and even smells ..... so when I started to smell this "fishy" odor as my family walk by, my nose went to overdrive trying to find the cause. Well, six months later, my nose is still twitching and haven't solved the issue. I'm a mother of three kids and married for 16 yrs so I thought I had this laundry thing down to a "T", but somehow odors are still slipping into my laundry! I've changed detergeants, the amount being used, fabric softners, even hanged them to dry, added odor eliminators in my wash, checked the dryer vents and changed out hoses ... and still smell, smell, smell. Someone PLEASE help me so that my nose can be at ease!

I moved into a house with a ADT installed Safewatch Plus alarm that has all windows and doors monitored. The previous owners did not give us a code or any instructions, so we never use it. It has power and shows red and green lights as things open and close; so it is functioning. I DO NOT want to pay for a company to monitor it, but I would like to arm and disarm it at night while my family is sleeping. PLEASE, ...Does anyone know how I can reset it or get it working again without hiring a monitor Co. because they want to reinstall a new system and have monthly fees?
