I would like it if you would tell me how big the plant is. I'd prefer if you would know any that are really big and take a lot of space. Thank you very much for your help!

I really hate cooking with electricity and would prefer gas. Natural gas is not available in my area so I would need to install a propane tank and a line to the kitchen. The vintage stove/ovens I'm looking at to install are natural gas so I would need to convert that to propane as well. The house is on a crawl space & the ground is level. Does anyone know how difficult a job that would be & how much it might cost? Or anyone else went through the process & can give me pros & cons? Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks!

Well my father made it during world war two... the leather around the handle was chewed up by a dog several years ago.. not terrible damage but fairly obvious teeth marks. I have been soaking it in water hoping to make the leather pliable enough to reshape. Is this going to damage it? Is there a better way to fix it without having to use new leather?? help!

We have a house that has 2 'parts': the original & a full addition (bath, rms, laundry, kit, etc). The entire main drain runs from the back (the addition) to the front (the original) out to the city line. There are 2 access points to it, in the front and back. Last weekend, the entire main drain backed up. First the front bath / toilet, then the front kitchen & finally the back bath / toilet (addition). The plumber came, snaked the only front access point out to the street, flushed all the toilets (note: no portion ofthe main drain underneath the house was snaked). Everything worked again, he was happy & left. 4 days later...the back bathroom backed up completely when the washer (also in the back) drained. As a result of the amount of water, my entire bedroom, linked to the back bath, is soaked. i've been told the company should be held responsible, since i informed the plumber of the back drain access & a previous prof. snake through both access points to be complete. T/F?

I want to paint my dining room but do not know where to cut the paint off...My dining room is to left of the front door foyer area so two walls I would not have a problem with painting but the one wall extends into the foyer and to the front door. It is a smooth wall with wood molding about 3 ft off ground, no distinction as you move room to room as the molding continues into foyer. Paint just the two walls & not the 3rd? Make a line and just dont go over it on third wall? Any help would be great.
