What plants grow in the south of the United States?

I would like it if you would tell me how big the plant is. I'd prefer if you would know any that are really big and take a lot of space. Thank you very much for your help!

There are many - south has a longer growing season. Gardenia, camellia, azalea are just a few flowering evergreens that thrive in the south with a bonus of lovely flowers. Lingustrum is used as hedges. Boxwood, wild bay, illeagness, bamboo grow quickly and can become invasive. Not sure what in particular you are trying to achieve.
