Are you changing everything in the room? The upholstery? The drapes, linens, etc.? If you have items you have to keep, then you have to keep their color(s) in mind when you repaint. Whether or not this is the case, gather a selection of color chips (the larger, the better) from the paint store. Use the blue painters tape to stick them on the wall you want to paint. Try to look at them for a few days to get a feel for how the wall would look at different times of the day, and under different lighting. Don't rush your choice, but if it doesn't work out you can always repaint.

interesting color options, but depending on the size of the room and the furnishings, there isn't enough to go on. Is lilik like lilac?

Whatever color you like best should be your choice. With that said though, you should try to look at pastel/lighter shades depending on what type of room it is. Small rooms in general should have lighter tones which will make them feel more spacious. If the room seems too large you can always go with darker/richer tones. Or you can try and combine the best of both worlds and use accent colors on trim and in furniture accents to offset colors that seem too light or too dark.

I love light purple on walls with white trim, lilac and blue accessories. Maybe hints of sage green as well.

Beautiful color scheme.

If you go blue, then I would also stick with the white trim, lilac curtains with light purple and sage accessories.

Change em up switch em around. Anyway you do them they will all work together. I wouldn't choose one over the other, use them all.

Bedroom? If so, go with the blue. You need soft cool colors in your bedroom to sleep well. Warm colors are best for the living room, kitchen, study and entry. Cool colors for the bedroom, bathroom and any room which gets full sun.
