Baby powder your hands before putting them on-- the sweat generated from your body makes the gloves adhere to your hand, which is annoying. Surgical gloves have powder inside them for easy removal-- if powdering doesn't work with regular gloves, you can always buy disposable surgical gloves from a medical supply store. That way, you don't even have to wash the gloves after using.

If you can fit your fist in your mouth, seal your lips around your rist area. Then try and suck the glove back into your mouth while pulling your hand gently but firmly out of the rubber glove. Or, Mix up a bucket full of cement or concrete, submerge the gloves up to the cuff and wait for the cement to harden, then in an out door area start to spin as if to do an olimpic hammer through. Keep spinning until they come loose. If none of the above, just colour them in skin colour. Look great ! Good luck ! ;)

DON'T pull the fingers. It's easy... just pull the cuffs down a bit each side, and over your hand then keep going till they come off your fingers. To get them the right way round again, push the fingers inside the hand, put the cuff over your mouth and BLOW like a balloon, they will pop out.

If you rub talcum powder on your hands before you put the gloves on, they will slide off easily when you have finished using tjhem.
