The doors are always closed and there seems to always be about 6 to 11 bees struggling to survive on the carpet of the living room? Any suggestions as to how they can possibly get there?

You might want to try to follow the bees from the flowers around your house back to their nest. This assumes that they are nesting somewhere in the walls or roof of your house. A little patience and observation should turn up the entry point fairly quickly. Next task is to block the nest opening. You might want to call a local beekeeper to remove the bees and honeycombs before you block the opening.

Good luck with your bee problem.

I had some that were nesting behind the electric meter at the side of the house and then some that were getting in from the tiniest opening for the ceiling light fixture in the kitchen. Since I plugged in an electronic pest protector, they have not tried to nest there, and I have not had any come inside...as a bonus I have very few spiders inside as well. If you want to see where they are coming in, check around the outside of your home around dusk. That is when they return to the nest.

Yup 9 times out of 10 they get in through the attic vents, or the fresh air intake for your air system.
