Wash in cold water and avoid the dryer. Line dry is best for non-shrinkage. And if hung correctly on the line, will also take care or the need for ironing if you fold as you remove each item from your line. The heat from the dryer is the cause of your clothes shrinking.

you should wash 100% cotton in cold water to avoid shrinking; also dry in a dryer on low heat. Heat or hot water always will shrink any cotton.

You could handwash and let it air dry-saves money but not time.
