Im talking about the peel and stick kind...

I have a 18 x 18 foot "u" shaped kitchen, and a sheet vinyl floor would have to be done by a pro, to try and stay within budget, i am thinking of peel and stick vinyl tiles.....any thoughts?
The other alternative would be some lower end pergo..

The stuff at lowes between 88 cents and 1.08 doesnt look bad at all

I am doing a report on this so your opinions would be very appriciated !

Okay I think that it is a very good show and that they do nice things..but sometimes I think they might could tone it down a little bit when bulilding some of these houses...they spend alot of money on each room even when its just a little kid and give them their own bathrooms and I think if they spend less money on each house they could built alot more houses and be more efficient...

I live in an appartment complex and we have these neighbors that let their kids do whatever they want. Some of these kids dig thru the dumster and they play with all of the trash. This one kid found a feeding bag for someone with a feeding tube and was swinging it around. Then the same kid found a panel of glass and decided to put it up in our snow mound left from the snow plow. Then he decided to take a shovel and break it all up...so there is broken glass all over the yard. Also he has a pile of trash burried in the mound of snow. I called my land lady to let her know what has been going on..and she is doing nothing about it. I know it will never get cleaned up..and when spring comes, I will not want to let my daughter out of the house due to the broken glass. Should I call the cops now, or should I try to call the land lady again.

Sometimes it will come on and off just fine. Other times it quits and if we turn it off and then back on it will start again. What's up with that?

Hi everyone! I'm thinking about making my own prom dress this year and I need some help. I have some questions:

*What is the best kind of sewing machine for a beginner? Where can I get one for less than $50?
*Where can I get plus size formal dress patterns?
*How should I start tackling this project?
*Do you have any advice for me?

I have some sewing experience, but I have never owned a sewing machine. I have not done anything this big before, either. Please help me!

We are thinking of purchasing an ADT system. They came to our house, gave their pitch and it was $530.00. I see in ads in newspapers that going through a "distributor" you can basically get the system for free with a $99.00 installation charge and you pay maybe $6-8 more per month. They claim to be billed and installed by ADT and are just a marketer for them. Is this okay?? Any pros and cons of this??? Wanting to make sure there isn't a catch. We are speaking of Defender Security Co.
