Call or get in touch with any Mexicans, they will come in a pickup truck with about 5 guy's in the back and crawl around the roof like ants, and have you fixed up in no time and cheap too. it worked well for me when i built my house and the roofer was a no show. i went to a local building development and started asking around once i found someone who spoke English i was in business in a flash, they roofed my house which was very large in 1 day no kidding.

I did roofing for about 1 year. It looks like your builder used nail guns to nail the shingles. Any handyman can get there to renail the shingles, if you can't use them again, try buying a case at your local Home depot... usually the colors don't change. Each shingle should have at least 4 nails on it, so it can hold during storms or windy days.

The shingles are guaranteed (15 -20 -30 year ) . If you can call the company that made the shingles, they might replace them.
