I've moved into a high area like 7,000 feet, mt area. I'm not sure if it's normal but I seem to be going through new bulbs like 1-2 a month. The things is, I turn on the light bam, need another ligtht bulb. I've went though 30 in the last year at least. Another thing the house got hit by lightning. He knows the house got hit.
I don't know what to tell my hubby.Since 90% of the time it's me who turns on the lights. I'm being gentle, it's not like I'm doing this, ok ! Someone please explain what the heck is going on!

a UPVC door or a traditional wooden one?
We need a new front door but we're not 100% sure what the best option is of the two choices. I know the wooden one would cost us about £350 fully fitted but not sure of prices for UPVC.....

I recently used the orange glo laminate floor care system on my laminate floors and now my dog has been scratching up the floors - they are not scratches in the laminate itself, but in the top layer of the shine maybe. How can I get rid of these and has anyone else had similar problems? Help!

We have a well and septic tank and after a big rain, it makes the water look dirty for a couple of days afterward. Does anyone know why this could be? It hasn't always done it and we have had our septic pumped off about two years ago and it's only three of us living in the house.

I want to put in an additional wire for the light fixture on a ceiling fan. The house is only wired with 2 wires to the jbox. I don't want to chip the plaster out of the existing wall.
