You shouldn't. It goes into a dormant phase, and you don't want to encourage it to grow during the winter.

Watering grass is a waste of time and money. Grass goes dormant in the winter as well as the summer. When grass turns brown, it is doing its natural thing. When we force grass to stay green in a drought, we are weakening the structure of the grass. The natural protection of browning keeps the grass vital. Many people lose their lawns by watering when the grass is dormant because the grass becomes weak because it has not been allowed to go through the dormant phase. When the grass becomes weak, the grass becomes far more susceptible to fungus and disease.

You can water it if you want to but you're just wasting time. The grass will be dormant until spring.

it would be pointless, the grass is dormant and not growing so it wouldn't be absorbed...you'd just be pouring water on the ground, a waste

I guess you can, but there's no need to. It is in it's dormant stage, so, you shouldn't encourage any growth now.
