I live in NC so the temperature rarely goes below freezing and if it does it's only for a few hours. The hvac fan unit outside of my house is freezing up. This is the unit that everyone has outside of their house, nothing special. it is used for both central A/C and electric heat. What is causing this? / Is this a problem I need to be concerned about? I have never had this problem until recently. The last time it happened it did end up thawing itself out.

Thanks in advance for the help.

My husband and I are expecting our first child at the beginning of July. We have decided not to find out the sex of the baby. Any ideas out there for a gender-neutral nursery? It would be even more helpful if you guys have pictures or links to share. Thanks in advance!

I have these giant 10" X 10" root balls from some Fir Trees that are stuck up from the ground 90 degrees. They are caked with dirt. I am trying to put this house on the market for sale and want to find an easy fix, if possible.

Is there a website where they could tell me if, by seeing a photo of an older dresser I have, would be an antique that someone might buy. I was thinking of giving it away and someone who fixes old furniture is interested in it, Im thinking it will make them money , if they want it?

I have had a wisteria for about 6 years and it has never bloomed. The foliage is thick, lucious green and doing well. It's suppose to have the long purple flowers, but no luck. Does anyone know about this?

The dresser is painted already to look like wood. UGH! I sanded out all the bumps and scratches, but don't know whether to use oil based or water based primer. I haven't got the paint for the dresser yet either because I didn't know what kind of paint I could put on the primer. Please Help!

I have these weird black spots appearing all over my home. On my trash can, toilet, refrigerator, walls, etc... It looks like what a candle produces when it is burned (soot-like). We do not have a fireplace or anything like that. It is an electric furnace and we have just recently changed the filter. Any ideas??

The shutters come out pretty far when they are open so the window treatment needs to accomodate them.
