I hear strange sound and yesterday I left out an apple and it has small bites on it and some black "caca" nearby.

eliminate any food source. check under your sink and other areas for any holes. if its an odd shape steel wool will stop it up. they have hav- a-hart traps which catch them so u can take them down the street to the woods somewhere instead of killing them. u set one when u go to bed & check immediately the next morning. make sure theyre closed when not in use.
usually strong scents such as cayenne pepper, moth balls, or peppermint extract will work because they hate the smell. a new product called fresh cab works too and it's all-natural and smells good to humans. see links below.
if u look where a past person asked the same question & i answered-- the scents are working for him.
traps are inhumane. especially the glue ones.

Short answer is that there is noway of getting rid of a mouse by not killing it. If you have one mouse you almost definitely have two mice. If you don't do something you will have many mice. If you can't bare to kill it yourself get someone in who can.
In most areas of the world there are laws to prevent the transport and release of pests from one area to another. How would you like it if this mouse was one that was released by some other irresponsible person.
The best suggestion is a cat. They will keep the mouse population under control.

living in a 100 yr old house, we get mice. The best trap is a "tip trap" baited with peanut butter. just make sure the door on it remains closed when taking it away. The dogs and cat take care of the ones outside. Yes dogs are good mousers

Nobody keeps rodents as pets. They are sickness on 4 legs. The best mouse is a dead mouse. Use a mouse trap and a piece of bacon, peanut butter, cheeze and kill it. There is probably only 50 others in the walls....and you want them out. Don't put poison in the walls otherwise they die in the walls and phew does it stink as they die and rot away.

You can buy mouse friendly traps that only trap the mouse enabling you to let them go, preferably a car ride away from your property

You can use one of those catch & release traps - I've had luck catching them in those. Use a grape to bait it. Problem is, you have to drive them away a long distance to release and they may die out in the wild because they won't know where the food is.
Also, it may be illegal.

Practically, you have to kill it or it will hang around till it dies and the dead mouse will stink up your house.
