I would like it to look like a rectangle, or like a skylight. I quess the big problem is getting the Solar glass panel. I'm pretty handy in making things, but I don't want it to look like some ugly junk on my roof. Some sights on the internet say to buy their book, but I'm not sure thats the way to go... I need help, and some FREE heat!

I don't think it is a roach. It is about a half inch long, doesn't have wings, but has long antenna. It looks like a beetle, except my friends say it might be a cockroach. If it is, I want to find out the exact type so I can kill them much better.

I am preparing three holes for planting. The soil I have struck is moist and cloddy, sticks to the spade etc.even though we are in extreme drought conditions. I don't have a leaking pipe, and when I water it forms a mini quogmire although it has drained away after about half an hour. The soil looks great, except for the clodding,I think it is going to need something to help create air and drainage. It is not clay, so do I use Gypsum or Dolomite. Thanks.

Any ideas how to get rid of copper coloured stains on coloured clothing after having been washed in a machine with copper coin hidden in the bottom of it. Vanish and other stain removers have had no effect whatsoever?

I have a white film in the acrylic tub and on the surround that you cannot see too well, but you can feel it. You can scrape it off with your fingernail. It does not seem to be hard water. What is it and what is the best cleaner to use to get it off?

I have an orchid that we received as a wedding present that is now turning yellow and loosing its leaves. It is the kind of orchid that has little hips that the leaves come out of (not phalenopsis...sp?) Should I fertilize it (which involves water) or let it dry out? We also don't have the best lighting in our house. Is there any hope for it?
