mix soda Crystal and bicarbonate soda together dry and rub with a dry cloth on tiles this should remove it

De-greaser for the painted walls. The transfers should come off with a razor blade. There are specific tile cleaners, take a look at the store.

from past experience your better taking them off and putting new ones on. they only cost 10p each £5 for a small tub of adhesive £2 for a bag of grout.its not worth the elbow grease.
