Well, if you have legs to walk and the will to do it, you could move out whenever.
As for laws, you're considered a minor in most of the United States until age 18.
It isn't easy though. Life is expensive and responsibilities will rush in. Soon, you'll ache for the simplicity of mom and dad's home.
Unless if you are being beaten or otherwise abused at home, you really should appreciate where you are at because reality will rush in soon enough.
Enjoy your youth...it's fleeting.

hi not confident abt the state of Texas yet interior the united kingdom u can bypass out and that is legal. I agree with the others... DON"T DO IT! Stay there until they throw you out kicking and screaming! After 6 months of rent, utilities, car payments/insurance and groceries, you will be asking for advice on how to move back home.
