How do i put a dust ruffle on a bed with rails and make it look right?

I have a queen size poster bed and want to use the dust ruffle that came with my bed in a bag and i dont know how....ughhhh. it would be easy if i just had a plain bed frame but i dont.

Place it over the foundation(box spring). You will need to cut slits at the footboard because of the rails. Most ruffles are split at the headboard only. Good Luck
