Obviously, if you were doing heavy work in it then it should be washed again as it would smell, but what if you just wore it for a few hours to go to church? I don't like to wash anything unnecessarily because I think washing over time degrades the fabric. Thank you.

I am looking for a manual for an Imperial sewing machine, Model 919, Serial Number 01753 purchased at an Eatons store about 30 years ago. This could possibly be a Viking brand since this is what Eaton's used to sell. Eaton's stores no longer exist.

I just recently recieved as a gift a wandering jew plant. When I got it, it was in bad shape, seriously overwatered. I think it was purchased at a grocery store, and you know how they just water everything every day whether it needs it or not. I've had it for three weeks now, and I water it about once a week, when the soil is dry. It's in a hanging pot by a window. I fed it once with some miracle grow, and that seemed to make a change for the better (it no longer looks near death). I know it's getting plenty of sunlight because it has perked up considerably and started to grow and stretch it's stems out. The one problem is that the leaves on the underside of the stems are rotting near the base of the plant. I'm not sure how to stop it. Will it just take a while for the plant to recover from it's foul treatment, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have to Drano my bathroom sink every few weeks because it drains so slowly. I don't know what the problem is! I'm pretty careful not to brush my hair over the sink, so there shouldn't be too much hair in the drain.

I've tried to take the stopper out to examine it, but I can't get it out and am worried that I'll break something if I force it. (It's the kind that's controlled by a knob behind the faucet that you lift up to close the drain and push down to open it.)

This is really bugging me. I can fix a toilet or a kitchen sink with no problem, but this monster is getting the best of me.

Help. Any heating engineers out there?
My central heating boiler is clonking and banging and making a whooshing sound. The upstairs radiators were warm, but the downstairs ones all cold even tho inlet pipe warm. The boiler is now clonking etc on domestic water. I have turned everything off now. I did bleed the radiators initially as I thought the problem might be air in the system. Thank you.

My wife is going to kill me! I used the exact same crimson paint that was used to paint a wall in my living room to do touch up paint. The dried paint (I let it dry 1 day) is significantly darker looking than the totally cured paint. The hard fully cured paint has a different looking texture than the newly painted section. Someone please give me some advise. I am using Ralph Lauren Matte paint with a dard red or crimson color.
