My daughter decided to "paint" the kitchen table with nail polish. I know not to use nail polish remover. The area is about 6 inches across.

Where do you buy the oil for a rain lamp? Or what other oil will work in one? I have had some folks tell me to use cooking oil and then I have had some tell me that is the worst thing that we could use. So I would like to know where or what kind to get so at least my mom could enjoy her rain lamp while she is still with us. I have looked at Wal-Mart and even asked them for it and they say they don't sell it. So what do I do?

The waste pipe is inserted at the back of the toilet into a waste pipe going to the sewage system. It's been badly sealed in the first place and 1) I am NOT going back to that guy; 2) I have no money for a plumber, so it's diy time. I cannot stop the leaking to make it dry for using silicone sealant. Someone suggested Denzo tape, but what is it in French?!? Cheap, clever help would be appreciated.

I am hoping this in simple.

I have a set of lights that have four strands all set to a nice simple controller. It is a set purchased from Walmart. We went to use them today, and one of the four strands was burned out. We took out a light, used a light repair tool, plugged the light back in and it lit back up. So, all the lights in the strand work. And so do the others. However, now the only set that flashes to the controller is the one I took the light out of and put back in. All the other strands just stay steady constant on.

I have tried a million different things, but it is still the same. Thoughts?

I've got a combi-boiler which has been working fine. It says its on full, but it keeps firing up then cutting out after 3-5 seconds. The radiors aren't even warm, and the water is just tepid. I've pressed reset, and I've turned the temperature dial.
