I want to have a house makeover and have been searching endlessly for a company that can undertaken the whole procedure instead of builders doing bits and pieces, thus costing me more money and time

Hire an interior designer - they'll take care of all that for you, including design ideas. They'll find the builders, electricians, decorators etc, project manage if necessary and even supply any furniture or finishes you require. I should know, it's what I do for a living!
