I am installing a PC705 Variable Speed Pump Mixing Control

Simply put, I have 2 sensor bulbs that attach to the outside of the boiler pipe (one on the return line and one on the high temperature loop). I need a few feet of wire to reach the control panel.

The kit comes with sensor bulbs that have only 8 inches of wire. I need to know if copper wire is fine to use, or if I need a special wire. The instruction manual says nothing, other than to connect the wires to terminal 1 and 2.

Other brands of sensors, that I have installed give you too much wire.

I am buying a balloon frame three story house. One thing I don't like are the relatively low, 7.5-8 foot ceilings, which are covered with sheet rock. (i think.) Can I remove the sheet rock and expose the beams? Is this commonly done? I don't know much about construction. Any thoughts or examples I can see? Thanks!

Just wondered what most of you pay kids/teens to shovel your driveway for you. My driveway is an avg 2 car on a slight incline like most around here.... probably like 12' x 18' ish. I was thinking like $10-20 but I was just curious, they are out there in the cold doing back breaking crap I don't want to do so....

I just bought a candle plate as a centerpiece for my table and they have the sticker smack in the middle of the plate. It's glass I got most of the paper from the sticker off, but not the sticky part. It looks ugly & not very becoming for a table center piece any suggestions?

I have never done any plumbing repairs before, but my kitchen sink faucet drips regularly unless I find the exact position for the Delta faucet handle. I hate to use the kitchen sink because it is such a hassle to turn it completely off. I don't want to hire a plumber for something that I might be able to easily repair myself. Any advice?

hi. got a regular b&d 71/4 circular saw (model 7308). i have always removed the bolt to change blades by turning it the opposite way of the saw rotation. However, this bolt will not BUDGE? Is it possible that I am in fact tightening it by trying to turn it the opposite of the blade rotation?

Note the blade rotates counter clockwise so I am attempting to loosen it by turning clockwise.

All of a sudden that hose that goes with my kitchen sink barely sprays any water and there's no pressure. It used to turn off the actual faucet when used and now the water continues to flow out of the faucet and hardly goes thru the hose.

Plus, when I release the little trigger, it slooooowly turns off what little water is coming out of the hose. I've unscrewed it and see no obstruction. I see no leaks on the hose.
