Hey everybody, I am moving into an apartment for my first time. But I have no Idea on how to turn on the water or electricity. What are the steps in doing that. And is there a charge for turning them on ?

Specifically, I want to create an atomizer to dispense a fine bleach / water mix. I'm trying to bleach stenciled designs into clothing, so it has to be a fine particulate mist (like spray paint) with a low pressure method of dispersal. I was thinking of using an airbrush set, but I'm not sure how well that would work.

Any ideas?

Preferably something more natural, without all the chemicals. but also something that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Or, is there an inexpensive way to make a cheap, natural dishwashing soap?

Thanks.

Thay said they will call the police because it is ielligal to keep their ball. I am tired of this happening, would it be ielligal to keep the blls that come over?

I'm biulding a two storey extension, the current roof has an apex that runs from front to back. The extension roof will run left to right and cut into the existing roof halve way along. The pitch of the existing roof is 30degrees, however I need to do the extension with a 25degree pitch. Does this cause any problems?
