Is it allright to lay a refrigerator on it's side in a truck to move it? I have heard that it will ruin it. Does any one know?

yes it is ok to lay it on its side to move it just when you upright it let it stand for thre or four hours to let the oil in the compressor go back to the compressor or you will damage it by causing the oil to pump through the system.

I wouldn't lay it over. But you can, it was already mentioned, leave it upright for 48 hours before plugging it back in. That allows the oil to circulate back out of the lines and into the compressor.

Yes, you can lay a fefrigerator on its side. The problem is turning it on right after you get it to its new home. You have to wait for the coolant to return to its proper position. Once you set it back upright, let it sit for at least 24 hours before turning it back on.
