Some flowers are affected by light, either the flowers will turn toward it, or open and close by it.
That being said... few are affected that way. Even less so when the light is electrical. Natural sunlight can diminish the longevity of the flower (by the loss of water through the leaves, petals and stem).
I worked for a garden center/ florist in the metro-Detroit area and we used to always turn off the cooler lights at night. With no adverse affects. (Be sure not to turn off the cooler by mistake, or there will be adverse affects)
Save on electricity and turn off those lights.
