My Aglaonema silver Queen plant is so big I need to split it into 2 separate pots but I dont know how to do it without killing it .

You won't hurt it. Remove it from original container. You should be able to see where it can be separated. Using a sharp knife cut it in half -- thirds -- fourths and repot. Water with mild fertilizer solution or root stimulator. Your plant will thank you for the new space.
