The only extra thing you need to do is protect from freezing. This can be accomplished using heat tape, insulation, or even best a combination of the two.

Same as you would keep pipes from freezing under a trailer. Wrap the pipes with electric heating tape and keep it plugged in when it gets cold.

copper pipe and a high R-rated insulation for every inch of pipe. be sure to check for leaks before insulating.
