I'm putting vinyl stick down tiles in my bathroom. I've pulled out the old tiles (they weren't vinyl and were cracking and coming up), then I scraped all the loose stuff off and prepped the floor so it is very smooth and level again.

We're about to begin laying the tiles... I want to be sure they'll say down though. I've heard heat them before laying them down and some people have said use extra adhesive while others have not.

If you've completed a similar project or have used vinyl self-adhesive tiles any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It beeps once every 30 secs or so and I don't know why. No, it is not going off. It does this every few nights, usually late at night, like 11pm, it will just suddenly start beeping like this. I don't know how to make it stop. Does anyone have any idea why it is doing this or how to make it stop? The batteries are fine, it has gone off recently. Help please!

Is yellow a particularly hard color to paint a room with? We did really well with the first section of the wall. It is very obvious where the roller stopped in places and the corners are particularly ugly. Do I need another coat of paint or what?

Can you sell magazines at a yard sale, and if so, how much ($0.05)? What is a good price for fairly good condition used paperback books?
What is a good price for children's clothes? If I make my own picture frames, can I sell them at a garage sale, like I would at acraft sale? And if anyone can give an estimated price range for other things not listed, that would be helpful. Thanks!

I work for a company that sells grills. We had a customer buy a $1000 grill and return it 3 times because it wouldnt heat past 300 degrees according to the customer. I made an offer on the grill. It doesnt realy make sense to me a gas grill wouldnt put out more then 300 degrees of heat. If i buy this grill (at a significant discount) is there a way to fix this? We repaired it twice through the manufacturer. Im certain they wouldve checked the thermostat, but this realy makes me want to try out this grill. Any suggestions?

We're thinking about getting a gazebo but don't know why. We like how they look but we don't know if people actually use them and whether or not it's actually worth it.

We are putting laminate in our kitchen. The walls are off white and our appliances are off white as well. In the kitchen we have a oak table and chairs. Not light coloured oak. How do I know what colours to choose for countertops, laminate flooring and we will be painting over our current cupboards to give them an updated look. Ideas please? I have no idea where to begin!
