Should I raise the monitor? or would that make it worse?
I also find my back is hunching and I am not sitting properly straight. I need my computer for work and other stuff. Does anyone have the perfect comfort to use a computer without expanding my asss and hunching my spine and neck? Any recommendation for the perfect chair? Does any one else seem to have these problems?

... so that they are less painful while they are getting past the initial injury. I know that they probably can't be "fixed." But, should I wrap them or what, so that they hurt less while I'm waiting for enough time to pass for them to stop hurting? They are the two toes right next to my big toe. Thanks.

I'm not sure whether it's my large intestines that are hurting, but I have been having chronic pain in my sides above the waist. They're very dull, but if they're hurting constantly, it means something's wrong right? Sometimes it then goes around my abdomin (sp?). What do you think are these pains? Mostly they're on my left side, but there are also some times when they're on my right. I've also had occasionally pulsing pain down my legs and arms that last for about 3-5 minutes not too often, but often enough for me to be concerned. Anyone have any input to this? I'm going to my doctor soon, I just wanna see what you guys think first.

Hi, im 14 years old. I had a lumbar spinal fusion 8 weeks ago and recently I have been dizzy in the morning when I get out of bed. I also have seen black patches if I lay down to long and get up (I get up slowly). I also fell this morning after a got out of bed (this had happened a few times). Thankfully, my bed was right next to me.
I just saw my surgeon yesterday and never mentioned this to him. Should I bother him by calling him?
p.s.
Current medications are Tylenol, ibuprofen, and lyrica.

2 weeks ago i went to the dentist with ear ache tender face and tooth ache, they sent me away with anti biotics saying it was sinusitis. It started that i was in pain in my ear cheek nose and teeth when i lay down or tilted my head. I have since seen my doc twice and said my ear was inflamed inside and gave me strong pain killers. It has now got worse, i am in pain all the time in my nose and roof of mouth and teeth. The only thing that helps is swilling with cold water. I dont have a temp, i do not have snot and i do not have a head ache. does this sound like sinusits to you should i go back to the dentist or the doc, i am in pain all the time now???

I've been having this wierd pain in my left shoulderblade for a couple of weeks. It feels like something is pricking me and i've been getting like tingly feelings.I don't get pain anywhere else though. I thought this might be a trapped nerve, but I have no idea what it could be. It doesn't constantly hurt me, just randomly comes on. I don't want to go to the doctor! Could anyone tell me what it could be and how to get rid of it?

I was diagnosed with Fibro by a Neuro surgeon and referred to a pain treatment center here in Kentucky. The doctor was very cold and unsympathetic and kept asking me about my casper report. I'm also on Xanax for anxiety and I only get it from my Family physician but he's partnered with several other physicians so their names came up on the report looking as if I'm doctor hopping. He prescribed me Lortab 10s 2x daily and Tramadol 3x daily along with Zanaflex and Lyrica. None of this helps. I've been off work since October 1 and waiting short term disability from my insurane company.I stay in constant pain. I have shoulder, back, head and neck migraines at least 4 times per week.I'm exhausted and can't do household chores which is hindering my marriage. My husband is very unsympathetic towards the severity of this disease.I need my doctor to prescribe me something that will work continually through the day, not for just 4 hours. Any suggestions? Oxycontin? Fentanyl patch??

So, my 17 year old daughter, who has been playing basketball for 10 years. She is 6'1" and about 200 lbs. She's been having problems with her knees swelling and a lot of pain. Well, I took her up to U of M to see an orthopedic surgeon who requested an MRI for her knees. The next day she called to say that my daughter has arthritis and that nothing could be done about it. Can this be true? She really wants to continue playing basketball when she goes to college, but the pain is getting worse. Does anyone have any suggestions to help out an athlete?
