Yes.
I thought I was suffering from sinus headaches. People used to comment that I seemed to be addicted to Ibuprofen.
Last year I had a tooth extracted and a root canal on another one. I don't think I've had a "sinus" headache ever since.

of course it can.
Beside from the fact that unpleasant sensation tends to make people distressed and develop the so called tension type headache, the root of your teeth (in the upper jaw) is also form the base of maxillary sinus. So if there is infection in your teeth, it could easily spread to your maxillary sinus and could manifested as headache.
I suggest you visit your dentist to find out whats wrong. Do not underestimate the problem in your teeth by simply taking pain killer.

Of course - they are in your head after all. Try taking some tylenol until you can get to a dentist.

oh heck yeah! if you try to tough it out too, alot of times the nerve(s) do a kind of domino effect as well and irritate more than the affected tooth......NO FUN!
