It would depend on the type test and what they tested for. If they tested for ethanol, it might be OK, but the new tests, test
for EtG .A breakthrough for the $4 billion-a-year urine-testing industry, the new test doesn't screen for alcohol. It screens for ethyl glucuronide, or EtG, a byproduct of the metabolization of alcohol, which remains in the system for about 80 hours. Now that Sunday's gin can be detected in Monday's urine, about 10% of people who had been passing conventional urine screens are testing positive for alcohol.

I don't know what a ua (guessing urine analysis) is, but if all you had was one beer then there would be no alcohol in your system from it 14+ hours later.

my sons probation officer told me its hard for a ua to show up positive. normally if they suspect drinking they do a mouth swab. the alcohol flushes out of the body. im assuming if your getting ua you are in some sort of trouble and im sure if it comes back positive they will let you know.

It takes 72 hours for every trace of alcohol to leave your system.
