Should I raise the monitor? or would that make it worse?
I also find my back is hunching and I am not sitting properly straight. I need my computer for work and other stuff. Does anyone have the perfect comfort to use a computer without expanding my asss and hunching my spine and neck? Any recommendation for the perfect chair? Does any one else seem to have these problems?

Yes, these problems are abound in computers. Just ask any physical therapist. Experiment with putting something under the monitor to raise and lower it, for a week or two at a time. Ergonomically designed computer desks and chairs make a very big difference, though can be expensive. I paid $350 for my chair, alone. I was fortunate to find the right computer desk at a yard sale, for under $100. It's worth every penny I spent to make me comfortable at the desk, and in the rest of my life.

Ask your doctor for a consultation with a physical therapist. He or she can show you some simple exercises to help your neck and back, and some to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome.

Sitting at 90 degrees is not the way to go. Its something like 130 degrees is supposed to be the best way to support spine curvature. Still who wants to recline while they work at a desk? You'd be too far away from the screen...so they make these offce chairs that are sort of like the position your body would be in a recliner- but tipped forward so you're in line with the screen. I think you sit in the chair knees first.

Hope it helps.
