my ankles been sprained soo many times, i lost count, i stopped exercising it for around 3 months, and i started again yesterday. It didnt feel bad, till after, i saw a little bit of swelling, and it was sore, i expected sorness, not swelling. I ice it daily. What should i do to get it to heal quicker, feel better, because i have football training coming up soon, i would really appreciate wat ppl can think of with this issue. Thanks
