I wake up in the morning with a headache. I have had blood work, CT scan, all the testing. Nothing shows up. Can you actually wake up with a migraine? That is what the pain feels like. I had migraines years ago but I don't remember waking up with them.

...now i just had another one but on the right side of my chest, if i tense up and stay still it goes after about 4 seconds but if i talk/move or breath it comes back twice as bad for about another 4 seconds.

Anyone know whats happening to me?
Is this the start of a heart attack?

Im 24 yrs old, 5'11, 15/16 stone, of average build with a little extra padding....all right all right... slighty chubby!

But seriously its starting to scare me, should i go to the quacks/hospital?

It happens about once maybe twice a week.

Please help

In the last few months I've been incredibly tired during the day. All I ever want to do is just go home and go to sleep. I'm only 22 and I'm not under a lot of stress or anything and I don't really have any serious health issues (that I know of). I've thought about going to see a doctor but I just wanted to see if anybody here has experienced this and what you've done about it. Or if anyone has any suggestions or advice, that'd be great.

Everyday, well not everyday only occasionally like 1-2 times a week, I get a small pain under my left breast like I’m getting a needle poken through and I think they’re just heart-attacks. What is it? Is it something bad?

Can sleeping too much really leave you feeling tired or is this just a misconception?
I mean come on, is "sleeping too much" really the *cause*?

I'm not talking about being lazy and lying on the couch in the middle of the day pretending to sleep.

Some of my friends say that after they sleep too much, say over 10 hours, they feel tired. They say that if they hadn't slept for so long, they wouldn't feel as tired.

Doesn't this seem counter intuitive? Doesn't your body wake you up when it needs to? Is there even any physiological reasoning that MORE sleep is bad for your body?

Perhaps the people who "say" they feel tired after sleeping for a long time feel so because the reason they slept for so long in the first place was that they were lacking sleep and/or messed up their internal sleep schedule. And THAT caused them to feel tired EVEN after sleeping so long?

I've had this problem for a few years, and it happened once in a blue moon, now its all the time. My hand aches constanly-- the palm of my hand, where my knuckles are and the bottom where the fleshy heel of my hand is. Sometimes when I grip things (pen, brush, sponge) my hand will freeze and stay like that for about a minute, the pain is unbearable. Sometimes I can catch myself before it freezes and flex my hand, sometimes it creeps up on me by surprise. What is wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks

I went to the doctor - nothing is broken. I am more sore today - my neck, arms, ribs, legs. My injuries are all on my low back and hips - I can't really walk yet there isn't any bruising - I thought that was strange....

Is it ever a good idea? Why or why not? Under what circumstances is it ok? When is it not ok?

I've been thinking about this lately. Forming an opinion. I sort of know what I think about it. Curious to hear what other people think.
