I've had this problem for a few years, and it happened once in a blue moon, now its all the time. My hand aches constanly-- the palm of my hand, where my knuckles are and the bottom where the fleshy heel of my hand is. Sometimes when I grip things (pen, brush, sponge) my hand will freeze and stay like that for about a minute, the pain is unbearable. Sometimes I can catch myself before it freezes and flex my hand, sometimes it creeps up on me by surprise. What is wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks

The first time this happened to me I was under the age of 15 so before comps and video games. My wrist has never hurt me. I do type now, but I dont have any pain or discomfort with that-- thanks for the advice!
