It could be any number of things ranging from serious issues to minor problems. But, since the pain is pretty intense you should get it checked out. It's probably nothing like cancer - that isn't the kind of pain you're describing.
It could invlove gas or your lungs - probably not serious - but better safe than sorry.

Ann women have diff rent signs and systoms of a heart attack than men.
That is why more women die of a heart attack then men. Go get a check up. U can not afford not too. A funeral is more expensive than a doctor visit.
Young people have heart attacks too. The number one killer of women is breast cancer but heart attacks! Getter done gurl!

People these days over react on just about every single bodily function or discomfort. I honestly wouldn't pay for a doctor to tell me to excercise and get healthy.
I'm sure that its simply a hormonal discomfort, or growing ache.
I wouldn't waste the time going to a Doctor.

I'd check with a doctor, not an online community of people who volunteer to attempt to answer other people's questions...that sounds pretty serious...like maybe a warning sign of a heart attack...

It means that it's time to consult with a physician to determine what the cause may be.

it could be costochondritis - inflammation of the cartilage under the rib cage. definitely check with your doc soon though to rule out anything major.

At times I have those symptoms too. My idea is that one might be ovulating and/or there are hormonal changes going on in your body. You might be growing bigger breasts.
