Could just be diet - try adding a multi-vitamin, see if that helps.
The other people have mentioned lack of exercise, depression, apnea, and thryoid, which are all possibilities.
Or, it could just be your body adjusting as you move from being a teenager.
Bottom line - check with the doc, make sure all your tests come back ok, then make some minor lifestyle changes. If that doesn't work, and you're really concerned, keep pushing and asking.

Sleep apnea is one of the most un-diagnosed problems. Do you snore? Do you wake up frequently? You might have a sleep disorder. My son used to wake up about 10 times a night and never could get a full sleep - or achieve a deep sleep. He had his tonsils removed and it has been a blessing ever since. Check that out at a sleep clinic or else speak with your doctor. It might be as simple as a mono infection or a thyroid deficiency too.

When you go to your health care professional, see what he thinks about sleep apnea. I suffered from it for years. It is when you literally stop breathing many times during your sleep and wake up , but you don't realize what happened during the night. You end up being constantly exhausted during the day. It can be life threatening. Or it could be something much simpler, but I would have myself checked out just to be sure.

You may have an underactive thyroid gland. Blood tests can determine whether you have hypothyroidism and it is easily corrected with medication. Symptoms could include fatigue, exhaustion, weight gain, lack of concentration and you may notice your eyebrows look sparse or thin.

all of the other answers are really good. There are two other things that should be considered
1. depression- can make you very sleepy all the time
2. lack of exercise- exercise actually creates more energy through out the day.

Stay away from smoke, it deprives you of fresh oxygen. Try a sleep apnea test. Oxygen in your blood.
