SGPT: Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, an enzyme that is normally present in liver and heart cells. SGPT is released into blood when the liver or heart are damaged. The blood SGPT levels are thus elevated with liver damage (for example, from viral hepatitis) or with an insult to the heart (for example, from a heart attack). Some medications can also raise SGPT levels. Also called alanine aminotransferase (ALT).

You need to follow up and tell the doctor you are continuing with stomach pains for maybe more testing. An internal medicine doctor would be my guess or a gastroenterologist first.

Sweetie try something for gas. It sounds like acid reflux. That causes your tummy to hurt really bad. Try tums at first, usually they don't work for adult. That's why the doctors can't find anything. Try something for gas. And email me,tell me how it went.
