Last week I was carrying a box and i think I may have held it wrong and ever since that day I have had pain in my right wrist. It is on the right side where the bone sticks out. The pain has been subsided to a dull pain, but if i push the one bone closes to my palm one way and my other bone the other i get terrible cracks in it. Can anyone help me on what I should do Is it time to see a doctor? What can I do right now

Thank You!

I have been diagnosed with fallen metatarsil arches and have been seeing a very good pedorthist over the past year. I wear a very good walking shoe and metarsil bars. But I still get VERY sore feet after a busy day at work. I am in Security and sometimes am required to do a lot of walking. I've tried diclofinac cream but it didn't help.I have found that drugs create unwanted side effects (upset stomach, mainly) . Any ideas? Thanks!

This morning I was cleaning my ears and I had the Q-tip around the inner edge of my ear. While I was cleaning them my mom knocked on the bathroom door and scared me and the Q-tip went in my ear and must have hit my ear drum. My inner ear is now sore but not that bad it just feels a little funny. I have no hearing loss. I was just wondering if this pain will go away without seeing a doctor? I would also like to know if anyone else has had this happen to them? Should I be worried? THANK YOU :)

I'm a 31 active male with back problems. I have had some pain on my skin on both my legs and lower back for about 3 days. It feels like burning sensatation to pins and needle feeling on my skin. I've been taking Ibouprofen 4 @ 200mg every 4 to 6 hrs to try to control the skin pain. I've have never experienced this type of pain before. I have had sciatca from time to time and this feels nothing like that. The pain that I am having is skin pain? Anyone else with these symptoms or ever had this? My lower back is very tight feeling and muscles are inflammed. I have a tens unit, but not helping me out with this one.

Please no idiot obvious anwsers, if you dont really know please leave it to those who know. I had a bowel resection and 2 pregnancies and a tummy tuck is my only option, I really would like if insurance could help with some of the cost, what are things that could help in my letter of medical necessity.

I've had the worst tension headaches for over a year now. The worst part of them are the forehead muscle contractions (yes, tension headaches often include this-----it's often called "the muscle contraction headache"). They are so annoying. Does anyone know anything about the muscle contractions? I can't find much on them and I want so badly to get rid of them. The tension headache pills don't work because they don't help the contractions. Has anyone ever found anything on what causes them? I've read things about stress causing them, but I don't have any more stress than I did years before they started. I do know one thing....they started exactly one year ago after I went to a new eye doctor. Does anyone know if "eye problems" could cause tension headaches/muscle contractions? It's odd that they started right after I went to him and he changed my prescription (by a lot actually). Any ideas or help?
