Knee pain and joint support formulas?
I'm considering buying a joint support supplement to help me for the next few weeks while i recover from having terrible runner's knee. I'm 30 and have been running seriously for about a year now. I read that women are more susceptible to knee problems and i want to prevent future deterioration or damage to my knees. Any suggestions on a product or brand? Has this worked for you?

Hello,

I'm a french student with important sleeping problems, and i'm looking for someone in USA that can send me Melatonin that i'll buy through a American drugstore. Both my big toes have ingrown toenails (one has it on both sides).
I have tried to fix them on my own, sometimes it goes down, but never away, but then they get worse, now they are only getting even worse (and infected).
I know I need to go to the Dr. and get the toe nail surgery thing they do, but I was just wondering about it.
How painful is it, what do they do, and how bad is it going to suck having both done at the same time. Also, how long does it take to heal?

I always had a mild twitch in my left eye, it would happen maybe a few times a month ever since I was an infant.

Recently however the twitch has been happening every couple hours. it is kinda like a tiny spasm in the lower eye lid.

and it is really starting to bug me but I dont think it is serious because i dont have any other symptoms.

any ideas? or advice?

I take Aciphex everyday for my indigestion problems, like acid reflux, yesterday I didn't take it in the morning like I usually do, but I took it at night. Before that I had already had hiccups like 4 or 5 times, and even after taking the Aciphex I had it like 2 or 3 times more, very frequently. What could it be?

As he was showering himself he twisted suddenly and sprained something in his hip ... now he's tottering around in awful pain. Our chiropractor has given him a treatment and told him to walk around, but he's in such a lot of pain at the moment.
Advice please?
And quickly ... Mr. GF is a very difficult patient! He gets crabby and grumpy and life in the Fluffpot household is a little strained at present!
