I always had a mild twitch in my left eye, it would happen maybe a few times a month ever since I was an infant.
Recently however the twitch has been happening every couple hours. it is kinda like a tiny spasm in the lower eye lid.
and it is really starting to bug me but I dont think it is serious because i dont have any other symptoms.
any ideas? or advice?

You should see your doc just to be sure. It could just be a nervous tic. I had a really horrible job and mine would start twitching the exact minute I walked in the door! But I've since changed jobs and hasn't twitched since. You may just need to relax! Its usually just stress related.

A lot of times if you drink to much caffeine it will cause this problem. If you drink a lot of products with caffeine in them, try cutting back and see what happens.

see an eye Dr. it could be that you need glasses but my neighbor is a nurse and she said it could be caused from not enough fluids in your system but still check w/eye Dr.

maybe you're having a stroke! hehehe,just kidding. probably just a nerve acting up. my advice is, drink up.
