Your ears might be full of wax or you need to go to your doctor and see if it is a infection

It could be due to a build up of ear wax and don't feel bad we all have it. Some people's drain better than others. I would go to a pharmacy or Wally's and buy an ear irrigation kit and follow the directions. It may take several tries before it comes out.If the kit doesn't include a softener to use first.Put a few drops of olive oil in each ear about 3-4 hours before you iirrigate to soften the dried wax.Stop the sink up first so you can see what comes out and how much. It could make you feel a little dizzy at first but that goes away

If you grind your teeth, I bet it is inflammation of your Temporal-Mandibular Joint. I doubt you have an infection. But there are different types of inner-ear disorders. Go see your doc. This is a pretty common complaint.
