I dont know what could possibly be causing so much static. It doesnt matter if its cold or hot...I always ahve static. IT KILLS ME everytime. When I open my car, any door, AAAAAAAAAAHHH !! Sometimes its that bad that it makes me cry. I can actually see the spark!! Is it me? Is there anything I can do.
Only serious answers please.

An easy way to get rid of it is (and this might sound crazy but u sound desparate) is to touch the ground (concrete) or a wall to discharge the electric current to it. If this doesn't work, u got a serious problem.

get some dryer sheets (non-sented if they're made) and carry them around with you. when the static starts to build up just rub your clothes down with a dryer sheet. i don't know why it works, but it does. i swear by them. lol. i use them every time i wear a dress that clings to my legs, or any clingy clothes for that matter. once i rub down the dress it doesn't cling anymore. it even works on my hair. if my hair is full of static i run a dryer sheet over it and it tames down for a while. so if you carry around one or 2 dryer sheets then they should help cut it at least in half or more. the same sheet can be used for a few days or so. i know this sounds really weird, but it won't hurt to try. it works for me so hopefully it works for you and you don't think i'm some goon. lol. good luck!

it can also be caused by high anxiety. If you've been having high anxiety lately. Then that is the course. Try to take some time of to relax. Like a week and it will go away.

try using more lotion on your hands , well your whole body. This works for me. Also try putting lotion on your hans then patting your staticy clothes on the inside. This also works well.
