This is a normal reaction. It is because your blood sugar is low from not eating. I assume you are drinking fluids throughout the day? Try drinking fluids with calories in them, like milk, and juices. You can also take aspirin or tylenol to kick the pain.

You're getting a headache from not eating. Don't take aspirin though because there is nothing in your stomach and you'll get a really bad stomach ache and could cause problems. Well you're fasting so not much you can do, unless you can have like a smoothie or milkshake some kind of thick beverage that is a beverage even juice would help a little. Also try chewing gum, it makes your stomach think you are eating and makes you less hungry.

Besides from stopping the fast?
Drink some juice, and have at least something to eat. Even if it's an apple. Take panadol (or whatever pain relievers you have), but only if you eat something. Even something small like celery - it won't break the fast, it'll just go straight through you, I promise.
You could also try to sleep it off.
DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS!

Hi there! Try drinking a bottle of Gatorade or Powerade. It's been proven that the electrolytes and nutrients in these types of drinks helps to ease headaches and pain better than Tylenol or Ibuprophen. I've tried it before and it actually works. Good luck and I hope you feel better! :)

EAT... fasting is very bad... you are depriving your body of the nutrition it needs... and the head ache is just you body's way of saying... "HEY, FEED ME !!!"
