on December 29th, I was hit by a car. I suffered a head trauma, the doctors told me I might suffer some slight to severe short term memory loss, which I did.But I have noticed I am very short tempered, I get angry easily, when before I didn't I keep snapping at people. The doctors didn't mention anything about mood swings, but they didn't mention the terrible headaches or nausea that I have been having either,since the accident.Could this be a side effect of the trauma or am I suddenly just a shrew?!

For example, I was at Target and they sell cold medicine next to the national brands like Tylenol, etc...The Target brand is a couple bucks cheaper than the Tylenol. However, I don't think Tylenol's brand medicine is legally allowed to be different than Target brand, so why does Tylenol cost more and why do people buy the Tylenol if both brands are obligated by the FDA to have the same amount of chemicals?

My husband broke his hand 2 weeks ago and all his job told him was to keep them updated and that they could not have him come back until the doctor gave him a full release. In the meantime, we have bills to pay and we are about to lose our house because they won't let him work light-duty or anything like that. Are there any governmental programs that can help us out? The unemployment office turned us down and I don't know where else to go.

I have taken Vicodin for a couple of years. Only like 1 or 2 a week.
I am know getting panic attacks just driving and i am even nervous to fly. Will this go away? and Are these panic attacks due to use of 1-2 vikes a week? I am now clean for 2 weeks

One week ago my cat scratched me on my pinky finger. My daughters pain in her leg is so severe that the doctor decided to take a x-ray to make sure she doesn't have bone cancer or rheumatoid arthritis. While I am waiting to hear from the doctors, has anyone had a child that experienced this type of pain in the calf area. The front that is.

I don't know if I should see a different doctor, get an MRI scan, or go see a chiropractor. My back, shoulder, neck, and arm hurts. Please help. thanks! My car is totaled and I'm still waiting for the insurance company to make a desicion on whether or not they will fix it or pay. I live in minnesota so there is a no fault law. the doctor that I first saw just perscribed stuff that made me not able to work due to side affects. I think my back is damaged internally.

When I was little, my mom would chop onions, put them in my socks and make me wear them to "break a fever", it was pretty nasty and I dont remember if it worked or not, though she swares it did. She isnt an "Old Wife" but she likes all those old woves remedies, but she also thought that by making me puke, I'd get over a bug faster.

Is there any truth to these remedies?

I had a cyst removed on the back of my knee and they used dermabond to close it. That fell off and the Dr said to wait and get gauze on it and let it close naturally. It's still not closing and it looks like I'm going to need stitches after all. Does it hurt much?

I was in a car accident over a year ago. I was rear ended (not my fault) Now I have numbness in my second toe on my right foot and headaches everyday.....and I mean everyday! It's a slight numbness. I can feel my toe but it feels dull in comparision to my other normal feeling. Question is the insurance company wants me to settle and I kinda want to also just to get it over with but I don't want to settle and have these issues forever. What kind of treatment would be a good thing to help and if I do settle what amount should I ask for? Someone told me about 5,000. My main concern is my health. Any ideas?
