I'm always feeling tired or lazy and I find I'm more tired during the day then at night. My eyes always seem to be red and it's annoying me, my eyes seem to go even more red when I yawn.
I drink a lot of water and I get enough sleep, what is wrong and how can it be stopped or helped?

These are the classic complaints of someone that has sleep apnea. Excessive daytime sleepiness, fatigue, etc. Sleep apnea is a condition in which your upper airway collapses either partially or completely during sleep causing difficulty breathing. This in turn causes oxygen levels to drop and carbon dioxide levels to rise. This leads to arrousals which happen over and over again not allowing consolidated sleep. This is a potentially life threatening condition which you should bring up to your Dr. I know you said you get plenty of sleep but believe me if you have this you very well may not realize it. We have patients that literally stop breathing over 100 times an hour and have no clue they are doing it. Questions your Dr. should ask are; Do you or have you ever been told you snore? Has anyone every told you that you stop breathing at night? Morning Headaches? Also ask for an Epworth sleepiness scale, you can probablly find one on line, fill it out and take it to your Doctors appt.

Good luck!

Maybe your iron is low, that can cause you to feel tired and not have much energy. You can try a multi-vitaman, If that doesn't help see your doctor. he/she can so blood tests to find out what is going on.

If you get a lot of sleep I don't know what you could have but it sounds serious and you might want to go see a doctor.
