See your doctor soon.

This may be a small stone in the lower end of the ureter.

You should drink plenty of water eg. up to 4 litres /day to flush the ureters- the tubes that carry urine to the bladder from the kidneys.

Good Luck

Possible strain or hernia. Have you been doing any heavy lifting recently? Did you possible "overdo it" during lovemaking recently? Did you get hit in that area? My son had an old football injury turn into scar tissue in his one testicle, but the pain he experienced stayed pretty much in that immediate area. What concerns me about you is the fact that the pain is radiating upward. I would definately see a doctor as soon as possible. Good luck to you.

Go to a Doctor. Like, NOW. It could be a hernia, or about a million other things. But if you'd like to still have testicles in a year or two, go get this checked out.

Hmmm, I don't know, maybe a herniation of some kind or problems with your prostate.

Don't mess with that! See a doctor right away!!!

I know someone who had "back pain" for 6 months and found out he was in final stages of prostate cancer and died 4 months later.

This is definitely something you should be giving much higher priority to. For health's sake, GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR OR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL IMMEDIATELY! Without health you have nothing. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER. No matter what age you are, these symptoms are speaking to you. If you do not have medical insurance, there are programs you may qualify for. Wishing you the best...God Bless!

Well, it is likely that you can have kidney stone, pelvic STD, inguinal hernia and numerous gastrointestinal diseases.
Does is hurt when you pee? Do you have blood in urine? Did you notice any discharge from your penis? Do you have pain when you strain, lift things, cough etc etc....
Get an Md evaluation dear

If you have been participating in unprotected sex it very well could be PID, Pelvic Inflamatory Disease, which in males can be fatal.
