General Health Care - December 2006

I just found out that i have a shoulder seperation, im pretty sure its grade 3 but i saw that you might need surgery but i dont want to go to a chiropractor because they might make me have supgery.

what should i do ?

What really causes that pins-stuck-in-the-hands feeling, and how can you make it go away faster? I usually get this at night, so I think it might be that I'm cutting off the blood flow to my arm by laying on it somehow. What's going on there?

I tried doing the same press ups I do everyday today but I seem to feel a weakness in my left arm for some reason, just in the elbow when I arch my arms to bring me down in the pushup formation.

o.k. i have been a smoker since i was 16 i am now 23 so thats 7.5 years i have been up and down on how much i smoke and have gotten way down but something always seems to break me i have made up my mind i'm quitting and i'm getting the patch any xtra things i can do?? i'm ready to quit cause its time to start getting ready for a family and i don't want my kids to know me as a smoker

it was broken three weeks ago and after x-rays the emergency room doctor said it was broken, didn't need pins or screws, just buddy tape it for six weeks t ape it to the next finger and it would be fine. But as of today it isn't swollen but the top part of my finger is bent inward still.. is it healing properly? wililit eventually straighten out?

I had surgery 6 weeks ago I had the rotator cuff cleaned up and I had a ligement reattatched. I have been in theraby 3 times a week for the last 6 weeks they ordered another 12 weeks of theripy. How much longer will this last. The pain that is.

I just spoke to my mom over the phone (who has chronic pain due to degenerative disk disorder) and she was prescribed a nerve pill (dont know the name) but when I talked to her she was stuttering so bad I could barely recognize her. she swears she feels fine but just cant get her words out. Has anyone heard of this? maybe even know the name of the pill?
