Good for you. Your doctor can prescribe a new drug that makes quitting much easier.

due to the fact that you smoke that so much day-to-day, your frame bought adjusted having those poisons walking ur frame. That's why men and women with extra severe drug issues can truthfully die via quiting out of the blue. You hav to take cut back your quantity of cigarettes possibly each and every few weeks or some thing you are at ease with. The cause why you have been coughing and stuff (tryign not to smoke) was once considering the fact that your frame was once so used to having two-five cigarettes an afternoon. So every week you will have to cut back slowly from two-4cigarettes, then one other few weeks, two-three, then so on.

I read a book "The Easy Way To Quit Smoking" by allan carr I believe. It really helped me a lot and opened my eyes to a lot of things. It really motivates you to quit and not by scaring you (that never helps because you can always conteract it with an "I can die at any moment" reply) this book really worked and I was up to 2 packs a day (since 16, until 21)

I hope my answer helps you. I hate cigarette smoke and do not associate with any smokers. I find it repulsive and disgusting. Smoking ages you also. You are young now but when you get closer to 30, you will probably look 45 because you smoke. Quit now while you're young. Get help if you need it to stop smoking. My ex-boyfriend was a smoker (before I met him) and he died from lung cancer at age 42.
