We don't routinely take B6 for stomach pain. You should call your doctor now and ask the reason for it.

i am not sure on this one, i have never heard to take vitamin B6 for stomach pain---i always take tums, rolaids, or these chewable peppermind tablets that are available at the drug store. the seem to work fine, and also laying on your right side when you have a stomach ache helps too.

I don't really know but It's a good question and I will be eagerly awaiting your answers. B vitamins work principally on our nerves structurally. If you have pernicious anemia, you could be having stomach pain that is treated with high B formulas. Good luck, Merry Christ'mass.
